Dr. Rod Janz has been the original owner for over 30 years, and several years ago, his son Dr. Jonathan Janz also joined the practice. A proud Edmontonian, Dr. Rodney Janz has practiced family dentistry for over 30 years. He graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Alberta. Dr. Janz has a wealth of experience in general dentistry and has worked out of the same clinic since 1983, building a strong base of faithful clients and new patients. Dr.Janz’s main priority is to provide personalized, comfortable, enjoyable and pain-free dental care.
Dr. Jonathan Janz was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. He received his Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Alberta in 2013. Dr. Janz provides dental sedation, dental implants, and all general dentistry services, along with emergency dentistry. He believes every dental visit should be a positive experience and is committed to providing quality dental care in our comfortable and welcoming environment.
In 2011, Dr. Janz married his soulmate, Danae. Together, they are the proud parents of twin girls and a baby boy. In his spare time, you can find Dr. Janz playing sports, camping, skiing and spending time with his family.
Janz Family Dental has been serving the community with general and cosmetic dentistry since 1983. We offer dental services and procedures for the whole family, from toddlers to seniors. Available weekend and evening hours, so you can find a suitable appointment time to fit your busy schedule. We will strive to schedule your own appointment, and your children’s on the same date to make getting to the dentist easier. For your convenience, parking is free at our facility, and we also provide direct billing to most major insurance providers.
